Mao Asada won silver in women's figure skating

Mao Asada started her free program routine off strongly with two triple axels; she is the only women’s figure skater to have successfully landed the difficult jump in the Olympics. However, she stumbled on the triple toe loop. She was able to recover, and received 131.72 points for her routine, resulting in a combined score of 205.50 and second place.
